What is Heirloom Proposals?

It is a shared workspace where a group can develop an idea into a clear proposal, shape it through feedback and revision, and preserve the decision and its history.

Is it only for cooperatives?

No. It is designed with cooperatives and member-led groups in mind, and it also works for associations, councils, committees, working groups, and small teams that shape important ideas together.

Is this just a voting tool?

No. The decision is one part of the process. Heirloom keeps the proposal, discussion, feedback treatment, revisions, and final decision connected.

Can we create proposals without AI?

Yes. You can create, edit, discuss, and revise proposals directly. Manual proposal creation is part of the core workflow.

What happens when a proposal changes?

Each accepted revision is preserved as a new version, along with the feedback and reason behind the change, so the group can follow how the proposal developed.

Do we need to schedule a demo?

No. The product is currently a closed Alpha. Participants use an invitation or access code to create a focused Workspace without a sales call.
