Heirloom closed alpha

Raise something. Work through it together. See what happened.

Heirloom helps people raise something at work that could be better, work through it with their team, and see what happened.

The current alpha is invitation-based. Requesting access does not create a Workspace or promise automatic enrollment.

Same Idea, different moments

Morning inventory exceptions keep being rediscovered.

How Heirloom works

One human loop, with a decision only when the work needs one.

  1. 01

    Raise something

Start with what you noticed. A solution is optional.

  2. 02

    Work through it together

A team responds, asks questions, and makes current responsibility clear.

  3. 03

    Decide when needed

Use a formal decision only when the Idea needs one.

  4. 04

    Try something

Name the change, its owner, and when the team will check back.

  5. 05

    See what happened

Record whether it helped, partly helped, did not help, or is still unclear.

  6. 06

    Keep what matters

Keep a useful lesson as guidance only when it should help later work.

Work can stop with an explanation. Unsuccessful Results remain visible. Not every Idea becomes a decision, trial, or team guidance.
