Why it matters

As employee-owned companies grow, they need ways to measure whether ownership is understood, trusted, and connected to daily work.

Best for

ESOP operators, HR leaders, and ownership committees assessing ownership culture.

This is a paid, NCEO-administered survey service rather than a free self-serve questionnaire. NCEO tailors the package and price to employee count and company needs, administers the survey, benchmarks results against its employee-owned-company database, and provides a report, recommendations, and consultation.

It is useful for companies ready to invest in a structured baseline or track change over time. Because the output reflects the selected package, questions, response rate, and NCEO comparison data, teams should not treat one score as a complete diagnosis of ownership culture.
