Heirloom is designed to help teams, co-ops, collectives, founder-support programs, and human-centered organizations coordinate work, preserve shared context, make decisions, and follow through together. This Content Policy explains what content and conduct are not allowed on Heirloom so the service can remain useful, safe, and trustworthy.
This policy applies to all content and activity on Heirloom, including Looms, profiles, posts, comments, tasks, proposals, votes, decisions, documents, files, messages, integrations, links, invitations, and any other use of the service.
Users are responsible for the content they create, upload, import, share, or make available through Heirloom, including content brought into Heirloom from third-party services.
You may not use Heirloom to create, upload, share, coordinate, promote, or facilitate content or activity that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, invasive, or harmful to other users, organizations, or the public.
We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other action when we believe content or conduct violates this policy, our Terms of Service, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of Heirloom.
Heirloom may not be used to promote, facilitate, organize, or conceal illegal activity or activity that creates serious risk of harm.
Heirloom should not be used to target, intimidate, degrade, or abuse others.
Users must respect the privacy, confidentiality, and safety of others. You may not share personal, private, sensitive, or confidential information without appropriate permission.
Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. You may not upload, import, post, or share content that you do not have the right to use.

Users may not interfere with Heirloom's integrity, security, or intended use.
Looms are collaborative spaces. Loom creators, admins, and members are responsible for using them honestly and appropriately.
We may review reported content, automated signals, account activity, or other information available to us when evaluating possible violations.
Depending on the situation, we may take one or more of the following actions:
We may consider context, severity, intent, user history, risk of harm, and legal obligations when making enforcement decisions.
If you encounter content or conduct that may violate this policy, report it through the platform where available or email us at heirloom.connect@gmail.com. Please include relevant context, links, screenshots, names of affected Looms or users, and any other information that may help us review the issue.
We may update this Content Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice through Heirloom or by email. Continued use of Heirloom after an updated policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
